A high-rise condo in Old Town, remodeled by our crew: a new open kitchen with an island, two bathroom styles with glass showers, new flooring, interior doors and trim.
This project was a full interior remodel of a condo in a high-rise building in Old Town. The old kitchen was a narrow galley with older appliances and butcher block counters. The new kitchen is open to the living area, with white shaker-style cabinets, a hexagon tile backsplash and an island with a white countertop and pendant lights.
The bathrooms were rebuilt with new tile, vanities and glass shower enclosures. One has white subway tile, a wood-tone vanity and black fixtures. The other uses marble-look tile with a built-in niche. New wood-look plank flooring runs through the living areas and bedrooms, and new interior doors and trim finish the rooms.
Condo work follows the building’s own rules, from approvals to elevator use and work hours. Read how we handle that on our condo remodeling page.
